Return Period

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

To initiate a return, complete the return form available on shinywardrobe.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. To exchange an item for a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately via shinywardrobe.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
